Dr. Bregliano, graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1999, and started off his career in Taber, Alberta as a mixed animal practioner. From Taber he journeyed to Lethbridge and then Calgary where he began to mainstream into small animal medicine and surgery. He has taken certificate courses in fracture repair using external fixation, canine semen cryopreservation, and cardiac, abdominal, and reproductive ultrasonography. In August 2008, Dr. Bregliano became a Board Certified Reproductive Specialist through the American College of Theriogenologists.
On April 6 of 2009, with the support of his wife Heather Price-Bregliano and three children Matteo, Isabella, and Giuliana, Dr. Bregliano opened Elizabeth St. Pet Hospital (ESPH) in Okotoks, Alberta.

ESPH is able to provide Okotoks and surrounding area with modern veterinary care including diagnostic telemedicine, dentistry, ultrasonography, laser surgery, endoscopy, digital radiography, and a reproductive referral service for canine, feline, and equine. The reproductive referral service specializes in canine semen cryopreservation, DNA cryopreservation of species for future cloning potential, reproductive ultrasonography, breeding management, transcervical endoscopic artificial insemination for canines, and infertility diagnosis.
ESPH has three staff members all offering unique skills and services to the Hospital. Jarmila Abraham, animal health technician for over 10 years offers experience and a knowledgeable resource for clients and staff. Rhonda Mousseau, office administrator, is an established breeder of Bearded Collies and involved in the veterinary field for over 4 years. Apart from her office administrative responsibilities, she helps provide relationship support with breeders. Larraine Cartwright, our Veterinary Assistant, excels with her customer service experience, knowledge of animals, and provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere to our front reception.
